"I walked in to find out more about the pocket watch I got from my grandfather who passed away. They were able to not only give me a quote for restoration of the watch, but I got a history lesson and an introduction to how the watches work. They told me it is now over 120 years old. Their waiting list is long, but Greg worked with me as a modern gentleman and I am willing to wait to have the piece restored."
