"On November 1st at 10:45 AM, I visited Watch Works to have my watch strap adjusted. I met Nova, who was very professional and completed the job in just 20 minutes. Their charges are extremely reasonable; it only cost $15. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for all my watch needs."

"Stopped in today with a broken spring pin that holds the band to the watch. They installed a new spring pin and replaced the other pin. Everyone was very pleasent and friendly. They provided exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them for any of you watch or clock needs!"
