"Took my watch that had a second hand fall off and the time was a little off. They put the second hand back on and realigned the time in a matter of minutes and was really affordable and did a fantastic job."

"I brought a bag of watches (each with various issues) into Watch Works. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. They replaced batteries and fixed each watch for a fair price and quick turnaround. They told me an old Timex watch that my son found at a garage sale would not likely work, but when we came to pick up our order, they found a way to fix it by switching the inner module with another old watch. The look on my son's face when his precious watch actually WORKED was priceless. These gentlemen know what they are doing and definitely understand the value of something special to a kid and his mom!"
