"I had a pocket watch that needed repairs done. Nathan Beals was the watch technician who helped me. He also fixed two chains. If I ever need pocket watch repairs then I'll go to Watch Works."

"My mother had an old Timex watch that had quit running and it was unfixable. One of the gentlemen told me he might have a solution to my situation and went to the back for a few minutes. When he came back he had the exact watch my mother had and sold it to me for a very reasonable price. My 97-year-old mother was happily surprised to have another watch just like what she had before. Thank you so much, we were blessed to have this happen to us. I only regret I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped me!"

"I really enjoyed coming in to get my watch sized the other day. I got to nerd out with the cashier about the 70s and Star Wars, all while enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee. Definitely has that small business charm. Highly recommended!"
